Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of this website and any quotation, supply or installation services provided by Rackstor UK Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales.

1. Quotations

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise and are based on the information supplied at the time. Site conditions discovered during survey or install may affect the final price.

2. Price-beat promise

Send us a written like-for-like quotation from another supplier and we will use reasonable endeavours to beat it on price, lead time, or both. The promise applies to comparable specification, delivery and installation terms.

3. Payment

Standard terms are 50% deposit on order confirmation and balance on completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Public-sector and approved-account customers may apply for credit terms.

4. Warranty

All Rackstor UK Ltd shelving is covered by a manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for the period stated on your order acknowledgement.

5. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Subject to that, our liability is limited to the price paid for the goods or services in question.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
